Camp (part 2)

Well as promised part 2 for camp. given that its 1 month since I last blogged. The last thing I wanted to write about was about what Coach Gary was talking about at the Christmas Celebration. He told us that Sam Chan was very amazed and how much Abba loved us when he actually gave us the best weather all throughout the camp. It was said that Abba gave us all the weather we desired at the time we wanted it. For example cloudy and occassionally light drizzle for most of the camp and a heavy downpour on the 3rd morning and great clear weather that night for the campfire. The thing that really amazed me was what Coach gary said about a person who actually came to visit us. Apparently that person said that in the camp it was fair weather and less than 5 mins out by driving, it was an absolute heavy downpour where you couldn't see the road in front of you. This basically remnded me of the Israelites in Goshen. Where they were like exempted from the plagues and calamities. Well our advantage is that we don't have hard taskmasters breathing down our neck and we still have all these blessings and protection. Yes, that Goshen maybe in Egypt and we don't want to be there forever.But Goshen really means drawing near, so let us draw near and enjoy the love and blesisng of Abba. Furthermore, even in Egypt, Goshen was actually the best lands in Egypt. So remember wherever you maybe or whatever you are going through, just know that our Dear Daddy God is still in control and always has the best in mind.
